Dr Patrick Hamel est ophtalmologiste pédiatrique au CHU Ste-Justine à l’Hôpital de Montréal pour Enfants et au Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue (CISSSAT) à Rouyn-Noranda.  Il est chef du service d’ophtalmologie du CHU Ste-Justine.
