    Mes intérêts de recherche portent principalement sur l’influence de l’environnement bâti et social des enfants et des adolescents, notamment les caractéristiques des quartiers résidentiels et des milieux scolaires sur la santé cardiométabolique. Décrire le développement des comportements qui placent les enfants à risque de maladies cardiovasculaires, ainsi que l’évolution des diverses influences environnementales tandis que les jeunes grandissent, comporte des défis méthodologiques majeurs. Il est essentiel de mieux comprendre l’impact des milieux de vie afin de pouvoir établir des politiques saines et créer des environnements favorisant davantage un poids sain et une vie active.
